Limited Account Problems

Hi,

 

i recently got a notification saying my account is limited. i followed the steps to resolve it and have uploaded my documents to prove identity and address. When i get to the final step ''confirm bank account / credit card'' i click the link and it takes me to the page with my bank account and debit card, that are linked. i clicked my bank account and it says it is already confirmed, i tried adding it again and nothing happened. Not sure what i am meant to do/where to go from here. Any help or advice would be gretaly appreciated.

Since this is an account-specific issue you will need to contact PayPal customer service for help.  Click on the "contact" link at the bottom of the page and go from there.
