PayPal says my funds will be released in 180 days will I be able to send money or withdraw only? I can’t reinstate my account because I didn’t know you can’t use anonymous names. And I can’t change the name because you need files that prove that your name has changed from anonymous to your real name.
After 180 days, the funds held in your account will only be withdrawn through a PayPal check. You can't withdraw it to a bank or transfer to another account.
