Limitation message says I can no longer use paypal. How do i resolve this?

I recently received a message that I had a limitation in my account. When I checked the Resolution Center i had this message:

 

"At PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business. We noticed activity in your account that’s inconsistent with our User Agreement and we no longer offer you PayPal services."

 

I dont even know what i did, let alone how to resove this issue. Help!!
