My account was limited, because I was trying to add pre-paid card. I don't get any email, but in resolution center it says I can't do anything with my money. I need to send my passport and this card information that I don't have access to and I won't send them any of my personal informations. When will I be able to withdraw without confirming it?

I think you would still have to 'verify' your paypal account and who you are first before you can withdraw those funds.
