Keyed entry screen is askew to left side of screen

Hello! When I use the keyed entry screen for a credit card purchase , the boxes to enter the data are off to the far left of the screen and I can't read the card number as I am typing it in. I can see the expiration date, the SCC code and the zip code. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks!!!
