Issue Refund

My paypal account is limited. I cannot find a refund button on my paypal account AT ALL. I am trying to refund my friends, who paid me through "friends & family". On my other paypal account, it had the option but it doesn't on this account. (They're both limited, for who knows what) How do I fix this? I sent an email to paypal and I messaged them personally on Facebook but no reply. It upsets me knowing that they can take my money for doing nothing wrong! I really don't want to call them because I would be on hold forever.

You cannot refund a transaction that sent using Friends and Family - all you can do is send the funds back using the same method.  As to why your account is limited - there's no way to help you through this online community as this is a peer to peer forum - you would need to resolve your concerns through PayPal's customer support.
