Is personal information required for a business/booster club account

We are interested in setting up PayPal to help our members pay dues and fundraising type costs.  We do have a Federal EIN and Business bank account for the booster club.  Is personal SSN required to set up a PayPal account?  Or is the Federal EIN sufficient?

PayPal may need the SSN of the person who is the PayPal account owner for information or secuirty purposes.
