The drop-down menu for customs categories does not have "Merchandise". You have to select "Other" and type in "Merchandise". I have been using this work-around for years, but recently PayPal touted their new shipping website, and I hoped it would finally be fixed, but it has the same defect in a prettier package. Looking at archived posts, the PayPal international shipping customs form page has had this problem since 2011 at least. I would like to contact someone in PayPal who is responsible for their web site function, I am sure they would fix this problem if they knew about it. Does anyone have an idea who to contact to fix this defect?
