Hello PayPal Community,
I work as a seller on People Per Hour. Yesterday, when i tried to withdraw funds from my PPH account to my PayPal account (this account) the transaction was rejected and this message appeared.
I contacted the buyer to send me the funds directly to my PayPal account but it was also rejected as he is a UK citizen and i'm Egyptian.
So please, is this a permanent problem and i wouldn't be able to withdraw funds through PayPal or this has a solution?
