Internal Paypal Error

For the past week or so I've been trying to enter a new credit card to my Wallet because both of my previous ones have expired.  Whatever I try it always tells me "Internal Paypal Error.  Try again later."  Any suggestions?

Have you removed the ones which exired?

I did successfully remove one of the expired ones, but when I tried to remove the other one I got the same "Internal Error".

I'll try again tomorrow.  Thanks for the suggestion.
