ISSUE USING PAYPAL PREPAID CARD

 Ok,  

this never happened  before .

i have my  paypal  prepaid debit card  linked to  my  paypal account .

when using  the  instant transfer  option  i get an error message :

Error transferring funds from  paypal act to paypal mastercard , please try again .

tried more than once with  no  luck.

calling  paypal yields no  results,

and  caling  the  prepaid card number  --  forget it .

Any one have the same issues or know the answer?
