I reached my maximum attempts to confirm mybank account and i can;t link this bank account anymore

Hi everyone i need some help. i need to re-link my bank account to paypal but by mistake i exceeded my attemps to confirm my bank account and now i receive an error while im trying to re-link it.

 

can you help me please?
