I lost all money and paypal don't even answer

Hello.

My PayPal account got limited cuz of tranzaction to 25 june to - 26 june.

I can complete everything they asked me but there is a mistake. My PayPal account got the wrong name.

I mean the paypal account is : wiliam bob and my name is andre bob for example.

The credit card is on name : andre bob . The name i want to change.

 I make a email and i send the documents to paypal so i can change my name. When they will change it so i can resolve my limitation ?

You need to contact customer services direct as no one here can help you >>>

 

 

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
