I cant change my password.

Hi, so i forgot my paypal password and im triying to change it, but its impossible,  it asks for a email code to change it, i put it in and then it ask me for a call confirmation, and the system instantly cancels my petition and it says that they cant "verify my number".

I have to say that im from Chile, so maybe that could be a problem, either way, i should be able to cchange my password with my email, and im not willing to pay that much money just for a call.

Thanks for the help, i really need to use my paypal account to continue using ebay propperly.

PayPal has strong security controls in place to prevent hacking so you need to comply with PayPal security if you want access to your account.  You will need to know your password, backup phone numbers, and more.  If PayPal can't confirm your identity then you won't have access to your account.
