I cant add my Debit Card

whenever i go to add my Debit card it usually has the names of the companies like Visa or mastercard, recently it hasnt and when i finish putting in the info and click add card it says "unproccesable Entity" and sends me back to the wallet

Hi Voltage890,

Are you trying to add a card to your PayPal account, or a PayPal card to something else? If you're trying to add a card to PayPal, I would advise checking with the card company to ensure there aren't any issues with the card. This could also be an issuer that PayPal doesn't accept as compatible. 

If you're trying to add the card to another website, it sounds like this may be a problem on their end, as the card is accepted anywhere MasterCard is accepted.
