I can't log in

 I cannot sign up. actually I can sign up, but I can't go anything.

Since I tried to make my business paypal, this error makes me hard to use paypal.

I cannot pass this step and keep shows me error.

If I need to, I can go back to just normal account. not business.

I'm Korean so it's pretty hard to call to CS. I think the best way is e-mail.
