I am following the instructions of /t5/About-Settings/Primary-Address-Change/m-p/1301774#M29173
So i created a new address and then when i go to make it primary, it doesn't allow me to tick the box. so i can't tell paypal that this is my new primary address.
* Click on the Gear icon. * Click on the + in the address box. * Enter your new address. * Check "Make this my primary address" * Click "Add Address"
If you tried the above steps and it did not work, try deleting your web browser's cookies, temp files, history and cache, then close the browser, reopen it and retry what you were doing. Another option is to try a different browser. If you still have the same issue, then you may want to phone customer support for help.
