I am violating PayPal terms of service and would like to close my account

I am under the age of 18 and as per PayPal guidelines am not able to use this service. I am trying to close this account but am not able to. There is no personal information on this account so any issues related to billing cannot be claimed from me. I also have no obligation to uphold any contractual obligations as I legally am not of age to do so. Please close my account.

It's not possible to close your account via the public community - you can do it yourself via your account profile.
