I accidentally signed up for Paypal:Bussiness. How do I go back to just having a regular account?

You can downgrade but its not an automatic process that you can do yourself.
You need to phone customer services and they will do it for you.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
