I MESSED UP MY ACCOUNT.

After my bank account was hacked, I tried to set up a new paypal account with a new card. Now I can't pay with either card. I **bleep** up.  How do I cancel the two cards to start from scratch? Thank you.

You wll need to contact PayPal customer service and get them to fix it, including the first account set up.
