I Cant Reset My Password because my phone was stollen

 I writte to you because i have my account with this email:  **email address removed**  and i forget the password. I work online and i have a lot of passwords, i cant remember. 

I made the steps for recovery, you send me the verification code to my email and i put it in the website but your second verification process with phone call is the problem. I can get the call because my phone (and number) was stollen and i never will have it again! I need to recover my password for use my money, please give me some reply.
