Quicken is unable to download my pay pal account - says I need a pop up page dealt with. I go to link quicken gives me and it takes me to paypal.com then a hurricane relief fund page. I already clicked continue on to the hurricane reliefe page but it hasn't fixed things for Quicken. Is the donation page stopping my quicken software from being able to download from Paypal? Anyone else had this issue?
