How to change nationality on my profile?

I have to change information about my nationality on my profile. There is no way to do it myself. I tried to call a number but there was no person att he other end. There was no option to speak to a person. There is no email listed. The customer service contact form doesn't have anything related to this topic.

 Is there a way to contact the customer service and get a live person on phone?

No; the address didn't change. Everyother information is correct except for the nationality.

PayPal is country-specific so your account would be established for the country where you opened your account.  You can't change the country.

In what country is your account?  Were you in that country when you opened your account?

Where do you see you nationality stated on your PayPl account?
