I am having trouble transferring my funds because it wants to verify my identity. But my phone is under my husbands name. Is there any way to fix this ?
It has to be in your name or your name has to be included. If you opened an account in your name, everything required to complete the setup process has to has your name associated with it. For example, if you and your spouse have a bank account, it cannot be linked unless your name is also on the account. Hope that make sense.
