I'm attempting to send money via Pay for Goods and Services. When I set up the address to where the money is going, the amount and shipping address Im greeted with a pop up box that states that the recipient requires a "confirmed shipping address" linked to a credit card. I have my default credit card set up, I have gone to my Wallet and confirmed that I have the correct shipping address. I have gone to my profile and "Manage All Addresses" and have set the same address. It is both my shipping address and the billing address for my card. What am I doing wrong?
