How do you stop notifications to messenger

I found the old thread and followed the solution link. It does not work, there is no checkbox to turn of notifications for my business account. Please advise, I don't wish to share this data with Facebook.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
