How do I upgrade to Premier from Personal, if that's what I have?

I thought I had Premier, but I see no mention of it on the dashboard or Summary.  How do we tell account type?  And how do we upgrade to Premier?

Hey usatria,

PayPal only allows an upgrade to a Business account from within your profile. If you don't want a business account, you can try applying for a PayPal Debit MasterCard, which may require you to upgrade to a Premier account. If not, there wouldn't be a way to have the account upgraded just to a Premier. My apologies for any inconvenience.
