How do I notify PayPal when I will be traveling?

I will be traveling and I need to notify PayPal so they will not hold any payments I make out of town.

I'm not sure that's an option with Personal Accounts however, what you have in mind may be possible if you have one of the PayPal Credit Cards as there should be a number on the back of the card that you can call.
