How can we get credentials to log in for manager.paypal.com?

We are following Setting Up PayPal Express Checkout with Magento this link to configure our PayPal account with Magento 2.
Inside 1st step : Log in to your PayPal Advanced account at manager.paypal.com.
We have businessprofile account at Paypal.
What steps we need to do to configure with Magento 2?
