How can I make a Premier Paypal?

I'm just looking to sell a few things on etsy, but I don't have an actual business or anything fancy, so I just need a Premier account.  When I signed up, it only gave me two options; Personal or Business, so I went with Personal, but it's still only giving me the option to upgrade to business, but all I need is a Premier account.  Please help!

Personal / premier merged a few years back.

If you have a personal account then you also have a premier account and can sell on that.........I do.
