How can I avoid getting limited on a NEW paypal account?

I got limited on my old account but since paypal is basically essential for my profession I will have to make a new account.

How can I avoid getting limited on this new account?

Last time, it was for "security issues" which I assume means I probably logged in using too many different IPs.

As we don't know what your account will be used for or anything about you - there's no way to answer.

Assuming your account is "verified" and your transactions are legit - you should be fine.  Read the User Agreement and the Acceptable Use Policy carefully, if you're doing anything questionable, it's your decision.
