I recently bought a VISA Gift Card. I added it to my wallet, but it won't let me confirm that it's mine (the $2 confirmation). Whenever I click "Get a Code", an error message pops up and it says, "Your card was declined by the issuing bank. Please try a different card or contact your card issuer with questions." I've tried many other things, but I'm very confused. Please help!
