Have credit card but no bank account

I can use my parent's credit card but I have no bank account, does that still make me unverified? And will I be able make transactions without bank account even though I have credit card?

The card needs to be in "your" name as with anything else you try to link to your account, not your parents - in order to be "verified" your must meet 2 of the 3 items below:

* Linking and confirming your bank account
* Verifying your credit or debit card information
* Providing your social security number.

You are not allowed to open a paypal account until you are 18, if you do then it will be limited.
