By looking at the title, you know what happened.
I was hacked. My brother's credit card(I am underage) keeps getting purchases that are not by my doing nor his. I can not do anything to the account due to the hacker changing the phone number used with this account previously. I can provide information and evidence that I am the owner of this account via student records/IDs.
I just want the account to be deleted before it is exploited further by hackers. The support system hasn't really helped me in any way, due to me not having any way to access the account details.
If it's possible, i'd like to get the money refunded back to his credit card as soon as possible...
I believe over 100 U.S dollars has been taken from him, or perhaps even up to $500 was taken..
Please help! How can I get that money back and my account deleted?
