I've been using PayPal for years to print shipping labels. I have always received an e-mailed HTML receipt for each label, whether it was printed via a payment transaction page or through Multi-Order shipping.
However, in the last few weeks, I've been receiving straight text e-mail receipts via payment transaction pages without any links such as "Void" or "Reprint". Multi-Order shipping label receipts have not been affected, as they are still in HTML format.
It's a real pain to have to log into PayPal, locate the transaction and the applicable label if I need to void or reprint it. Normally I just do those tasks from the e-mailed receipt.
I've made no changes to my e-mail account and am receiving HTML mail from other sites without any issues.
