Getting error while trying to withdraw money to Visa credit card

Hello, so I am trying to withdraw money to my credit card, but i havr no luck. I always get error "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later". I kept trying to withdraw money for the past 2 days, and till tge same error. Any way how to workaround? My credit card is Visa, and i have 500€ limit. I cant withdraw even smaller amount than 500€, i keep getting the same error message. Resolution center responded just with robot messages and still issue is not resolved. Any help? Thank you!
