For almost an hour now I have been trying to confirm my location and send additional documents as requested by PayPal in order for me to have full access to my account. It was the most frustrating and annoying task Ive had to do yet, and this is supposed to be simple. To confirm your location, I had to find where the PayPal resolution page was at. I finally managed to confirm my location after half an hour. For the loading of additional documents it doesn't even tell you what documents you need to upload and when you assume that they need a valid I.D (which I tried to upload) the option to click send file was not an option so I was stuck. PayPal you need to seriously fix the way things can be done and found on your page. You should also consider having an online chat option available to those who cannot call.
