How can you use an exchange rate of 1DKK=0,02USD?
XE.COM stated today 1DKK=0,1578. This is a factor of 7,89 compared with your exchange rate.
Please advise a solution.

If you want use your own exchange rate then get your funds exchanged locally.  When using PayPal for exchange you will pay the PayPal fee and exchange rate.

If that is not acceptable then you could choose a different payment service.

If you want an answer from PayPal you need to phone PayPal support and ask.

There is a bid and ask price for every exchange rate,also when the market is open,the rate fluctuates.

Paypal also charges a 3% conversion fee.
