My account got limited for "We noticed some unusual activity with the card linked to your PayPal account.".
The problem is that I do not have a credit card linked to my account.
I indeed have paypal balance on my account which I used to buy lots of stuff in the past and today I spent $2.5 on an online game before getting limited. I do not know if that is the reason, but has this ever happened to anyone before?
