Has anyone else had there account hacked by the delivery address being changed to a bogus address? .. and what was paypal/ebay response to a complaint about this??
Are you the buyer or the seller? There was a post on eBay forums about how it's not a good idea to print mailing label before payment is received because the address may be changed by the buyer at payment if they want to add a gift address, or a bogus address.
if you are the seller,always ship to the address on the Paypal payment notice,notice there will be a line which said this transaction is elgible or partially eligibelf or seller protection and you must ship to this address.
as long as you ship to that address and it is eligible for seller protection then you are safe to ship
