We are trying to use either our bank's money management or Every Dollar for budgeting our finances. I'm having issues connecting out PayPal account. It did at one time connect with the bank's program but now isn't. And with Every Dollar I'm waiting for a 6 digit pass code from PayPal that is not coming either by text or phone.
