I just opened a PayPal account for the first time. I live in the USA and my mailing/billing addresses are in the USA but my nationality is shown as South Africa. How do I change this?

You need to open a paypal account in your own country.
You can't change a paypal account from one country to another.
My account was opened in the US, I am a US citizen and my account address is in the US YET my citizenship is listed as Brazil. How can I change that?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
