I tried sending money to a friend and was directed to the identity confirmation page, I entered my number and got this frustrating message:
"It looks like this number isn’t registered in your name. Please try a different number."
I've double checked both my phone numbers that I linked (mobile) and they are in fact linked to my name but I still get the error?
I've heard that you also need the same address, I've moved alot so I linked every address I've lived in when I was over 18 and it still doesn't work! I've had one of the phone numbers for over 10 years and the other one was brand new.I'm not sure how it wouldn't be linked to my name.
Any help?
I have tried calling customer support but they won't do anything helpful
