Does putting pending transaction into archive will make them become unactive?

I 'accidentally' moved one of my active pending transaction that needed 2-4 days to complete into the archive without knowing for one day (my first time using paypal). Will it lengthen my transaction completion time? Sorry for my bad English. Thank you for your help.

No, it does not.  Archiving it is just to hide it from view.
