So I provided a service for this guy for $40 on October 10th and on December 15th he told PayPal that the payments were “Unauthorized” and now I have a -$80 balance in my account and he won the disputes somehow... I tried to contact PayPal but just kept getting automated messages telling me to go to the resolution center. I went to the resolution center but just kept getting error codes. Can someone give me some suggestions on what to do and tell me why I have a $-80 dollar balance. Thanks!

Sorry to hear about your dispute.
If your transaction does not fall under our Seller Protection Policy, and the payment is determined to be unauthorized, the fund will be refunded from your account.

That’s crazy, basically the guy that lies and steals from me wins. Why does my account say -$80 when he only payed me $40?
