How do. I delete addresses from the list of preferred address that pop up when I am paying?

Go and click on send / request very top of your paypal account > click on 'create invoice' > settings top of the page > select 'address book' from the drop down box.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
