I have a question and was wondering if anyone might be able to help me. I tried to link my debit card to my PayPal account, but it says it's linked to another account. I only have one PayPal account. Is there any way I can find out what account it is on, or how to get it off that account and on to my own? It's very strange because I received this card in the mail and there's never any transactions from PayPal on my statement, so I'm not sure how it's linked to another account.
