Customize Download Fields is NOT available on my Download History Page

Hello all,

I am in need of exporting my activity with the options of being able to "Customize Download Fields" for my history on Paypal. When I go to the Download History page there are NO options to Customize Download Fields, Advanced Search, & Include Shopping Cart Details.

The only selction that is available is Downloadable History Log Updates, Custom Date Range, & Last Download to Present. Which limits me to only downloading files that contain Date, Time, Time Zone, Type, Status, Amount, Receipt ID, & Balance.

Im in need of the "Customize My History Download" which contains many options (i.e. Date, Time, Time Zone, Name, Type, Status, Currency, Gross, Fee, Net, From Email Address, To Email Address, Transaction ID, Reference Transaction ID, Receipt ID, item id, item title, invoice number, customer number, shipping amount, insurance amount, etc...)

I would greatly appreciate anyones assitance and advice to correct this problem.

I am having the same problem.

This documentation does not match my experience at all after step 2.

For those stumbling across this page looking for an answer like I did, I just contacted support and was told that customizing the fields for download is only available for Business accounts.  Personal accounts are stuck with the defaults, which at the time of this writing are:

Date
Time
Time Zone
Name
Type
Status
Currency
Amount
Receipt ID
Balance

Unless you opened a Premier account when they were offering them. I have customized fields sections for PayPal Website Payments, Auction Payments, and Other Fields along with the defaults and mines is a Premier account.

@tiffs101, go to Activity page > Statements > Activity Export > Customize Download Fields

You should see these sections and check boxes:

PayPal Website Payments:

Item ID
Item Title
Invoice Number
Custom Number
Shipping Amount
Insurance Amount
Single Column Shipping Address (Address will be displayed in a single column)
Multi-Column Shipping Address (Address will be displayed in separate columns)
Counter Party Status (Verified vs. Unverified)
Address Status (Confirmed vs. Unconfirmed)
Sales Tax
Option Names and Values
Contact Phone Number

Auction Payments:

Item ID
Item Title
Shipping Amount
Insurance Amount
Auction Site
