Confirming debit card or bank account

I am having trouble confirming my debit card and bank account. Under the status of each one it says confirmed but if I try to accept a payment from someone it says I need to confirm my account to receive the money. I didn't get the two small deposits in my bank account to confirm it how do I do that

Hi,
You still need to confirm your bank account. After 2 to 3 business days, review your bank statement or contact your bank to find out the exact amounts of these deposits. With this information, you can complete the confirmation process online.
