Confirmation fee twice

Hi,

I need help.

In Abril 9th I inserted a new credit card in my PayPal account to buy something on eBay.

My problem is that PayPal charged me twice the confirmation fee. What do I need to do to ask for the refund of this vale?

I sent an e-mail to PayPal help center but I did not received any anwser.

I know it, but I have already tried by e-mail and no one answer me....
